Project Overview

Primary goal of this project was to move all promotion related content into Prismic for easier control and updating for the campaigns team. The previous workflow required code updates and deployments each time the promotion changed on the website.

My Contributions

Managed the whole project from start to finish including working with backend developers to implement the new process across all Blinds.com associated websites including Blinds.com, AmericanBlinds, JustBlinds and Blinds.ca

Project Details

This project was the second of three focused on leveraging the integration of Prismic for managing content throughout the Blinds.com website. This project focused solely on promotional content that is designed and managed by the campaigns team.

Promotional Content Elements

The following elements were moved into Prismic for easier management by the campaigns team.

  • Global ribbon text
  • Hero and Secondary Hero on homepage
  • Sale dropdown in global navigation
  • Hero on sale products page
  • Disclaimer on sale products page
  • Hero messaging on sale page
