Hello, I'm Chad.

I am a web developer and conversion optimization specialist living in Houston Texas. Currently I spend my days working in many different aspects of web development including UI/UX planning and design, a/b and multivariate testing and writing code (HTML, CSS and Javascript) that builds functionality on the frontend.

Beyond web development, I am a huge Houston Rockets fan, passionate about food and drink, enjoy playing sand volleyball and occasionally you might find me online running around the various destinations in Destiny 2 as a Hunter.

What I Do

Currently I work as the primary technical expert on frontend development and coding standards for the marketing department on the conversion optimization team at an e-commerce company.

Serving as project leader and technical mentor to my team and peers, I provide UI/UX recommendations and direction to the design team ensuring that design elements meet standards, support marketing goals and provide optimal user experience.

Often I scope and outline functional requirements and acceptance criteria for new initiatives and long-term projects.
