Hello! My name is Chad Ostroff, I am a web and interactive designer based in Houston Texas. This web site is my online portfolio. It is a showcase of some of my commercial and non-commercial works. Some of the works featured throughout the site were completed while working for WebSource Media and those clients and works remain the property of WebSource Media.

Experience

I have experience using Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Flash, Dreamweaver, Director, QuickTime, and other various multimedia applications, as well as experienced using the following scripting languages, XHTML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP, PHP, XML, ActionScript, and Lingo. Currently I am the Web master for the City of Sugar Land. I am responsible for updating and managing all content associated with www.sugarlandtx.gov.
